Terms and Conditions

Tandilo Budget is a tool for tracking your personal finances and projecting future account balances. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the data you enter and the decisions you make based on it.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tandilo Budget.

Do not use Tandilo Budget to break the law, infringe on others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or send spam to other users through the sharing or invitation features.

The free plan is, well, free. Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via our payment processor in Canadian dollars (CAD). All prices on the pricing page are shown in CAD; if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion. Tax is added at checkout where applicable.

You can cancel anytime from your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate mid-period cancellations, but we offer a 14-day refund — if you change your mind within 14 days of your first paid period, email us for a full refund.

You own the data you put into Tandilo Budget. You can export it at any time and you can delete your account at any time. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, ship updates, and occasionally fail. We will not be liable for downtime.

Tandilo Budget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of Tandilo Budget will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using Tandilo Budget and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we do, we will tell you why where possible.

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we will email you and update the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sherbrooke, Quebec.
